Four tips for a great face

0

It’s super-easy to gift wrap your face! But if you’re really looking for that perfect design, try these four tricks of the trade:

1) Zoom in uncomfortably close on your browser to see what you’re doing. Sure, you’ll see every pore and freckle on the face in question, but the end-result will be well worth it!

2) Make the face as large as possible. Not to be confused with Tip #1, this means  increasing the size of the face within the preview box (not zooming in and zooming out) so that it appears larger on the wrapping paper design.

3) Simplify the hair. Resist the temptation to capture every wisp and wave. Blunt, rounded cuts around the hair are the way to go.

Rather than tracing every wisp and wave, cut a simple shape around your subject's head.

4) Veer to the inside. To ensure you don’t capture unwanted bits of the background, it’s best to err on the side of cutting off a little skin. When you’re zoomed far in, place your digital cutting tool just a tad inside the edge of the person’s face.

So, what do you think ?
